At PalletCat we transport pallets from our terminals anywhere on the Iberian Peninsula Both terminals are in geographically strategic places: one is in Barcelona, the gateway for goods to the Iberian Peninsula, and the other is in Tàrrega, in province of Lleida, a key transit point for transport linking Barcelona and Tarragona with Madrid.
Clients send the goods to our terminals with their transport before 11am at the Barcelona terminal and before 5pm at the Tàrrega terminal so we can ensure delivery of the shipment within 24h. Although this transport is normally carried out by the client, at PalletCat we offer the option to use our te logistics service, a customized logistics service for all occasions.
The journey begins! The pallets leave our terminals and travel the roads of Spain and Portugal to their destination. Our clients particularly appreciate our commitment to the goods delivery times and dates. At PalletCat, we guarantee 85% of our destinations within 24 hours. If the destination is hard to reach, we deliver within 48 hours. We accomplish 98% of this conditions.
Once at the destination, we unload the goods from our trucks with a lifting platform and take them to the storage area on an electric pallet truck, as long as there are no obstacles to prevent this. What happens if the recipient is not found? Do not worry, we offer a second delivery service to ensure all orders are delivered.
